Ali Lohan, Hollywood troubled actress Lindsay Lohan’s litte sister, was involved in cosmetic surgery rumours in recent period of time. She seemed to have dramatic transformation over years, of course, she becomes more and more prettier.
After short silence, the teen model remarked the rumours as’stupid’. The younger sister of actress Lindsay Lohan was the subject of much speculation this summer that she had gone under the knife and also had her facial freckles removed.
Photographs of the 17-year-old appeared to show a much more defined facial features soon after she signed a lucrative modelling contract as well as dramatic weight loss.
Ali sparked surgery rumours when she emerged looking remarkably different, pictured left in September and right in 2009. Without jewellry charms, the 17-year-old still looks radiant and stunning.

But the teen – who now wants to be known as Aliana – has rubbished claims she had a nip and tuck.
‘It’s stupid,’ she said ‘I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true.’
Lohan, who features on the cover of the New York Post’s Page Six magazine, added: ‘I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old.
Lohan said plastic surgery was not the ‘right thing to do.’
‘That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!’
When photos of Lohan appeared in celebrity magazines and blogs her agent put the chance in appearance down to a teenage growth spurt. The young girl did not wore any bijou jewelry or necklaces, and she looked like an innocent elfin with white garland.
But bloggers pointed out the startling difference in pictures taken of Lohan with freckles on her face.
In the latest photos taken in Beverly Hill when she visited her sister the freckles appeared to have disappeared. While denying undergoing plastic surgery Lohan did admit to being offered drugs – but insisted she always said no.
