Girls’ friendship is very delicate when it comes across relationships with the same man. And this is proved to be true in the explosive final in Made In Chelsea. Millie Mackintosh had given her friend Rosie Fortescue the benefit of the doubt when it came to rumours that she had got together with her ex-boyfriend Hugo Taylor while they were still together. But in the series two finale of Made In Chelsea last night, the make-up artist was devastated when she discovered it was true.
In a rage over their double betrayal, the 22-year-old decided to humiliate Hugo and Rosie by announcing their deceit to all their mutual friends over a microphone at a party. Looking quite the part in a white silk dress and beaded beads headdress, the Quality Street heiress jumped up on stage and shouted at Hugo and Rosie. Grabbing a glass of champagne, she toasted the birthday boys, before adding: ‘A second toast to my best friend Rosie for hooking up with Hugo Taylor when we were together and lying about it.’
It’s definitely hit the fan now. Hugo and Rosie are horrified when Millie’s outs their affair to the entire room.
The dramatic scenes took place during Francis Boulle and Mark-Francis Vandelli’s roaring twenties-themed joint birthday party.
After a collective gasp around the room, she added: ‘Here’s to friendship.’ Then storming past Rosie, 21, she fumed: ‘You’re disgusting.’ Running into best friend Caggie Dunlop’s arms outside, it wasn’t long before Millie was joined by the whole MIC gang, who were there to watch a fireworks display. Maybe the pretty girl needs to wear lucky charms jewelry to get good luck.

‘If you wear one bulky sweater, you’re pregnant or you’re fat. When you’re 5-foot-4 like me, any weight gain can look like a lot,’ she says. ‘People dissect you for 2 pounds. That can be incredibly difficult, but I don’t take it as personally anymore.’

The Material Girl, 53, said that she goes through the text and sometimes edits it to make it sound better. The aim was ensure that Lourdes, who writes under her nickname Lola, does not become a ‘lazy writer’, even though she is just 15.
